If you've got mental health issues (and who doesn't these days?), then you should learn about brain nutrition. It's a safe and effective way to fix your brain and finally start feeling better without the dangers associated with pharmaceuticals. And by god if there's even a chance that nutrition can help you then you'd better give it a go, seeing as that the worst thing that can happen is that you'll be eating better which will at least contribute to your overall health.
If you're like me, then you've tried pharmaceuticals and psychotherapy to deal with your mental health issues and all you have to show for it is a lower balance in your checking account. I put all my faith in psychiatry and it didn't hit me for a long time that maybe the psychiatrist doesn't know everything there is to know about mental health and the brain - until my symptoms not only didn't get any better from the drugs they put me on but some got even worse.
That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands. Why was I taking these potentially dangerous drugs that were having god knows what negative long-term impact on my brain when they weren't even helping? So I started scouring the internet and reading books until I finally found my answer. Brain nutrition was it, it was safe and it made so much sense. I am now eating right and taking a whole bunch of natural brain supplements and I gotta tell you, I am feeling a whole lot better. I think just replacing coca cola as my beverage of choice with green tea has made a huge difference.
One would think that I should have known better than to drink all that coke, but honestly, it never occurred to me that it could make such a difference. But it's not just the coke, I'm also eating lots of whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, lots of nuts, and staying away from milk and processed and additive-filled foods as much as I can. I wouldn't have gone to all this trouble just to be generally healthier, I had too much other stuff to worry about to bother with watching what I eat. That is, until I found out that nutrition plays a huge role in mental health and brain function. That's when I became a health nut, or more specifically a brain nutrition nut. I am willing to go to all that "trouble" if it means healing my brain, because a healthy brain means a happy, less anxious, better-focused me, which basically impacts my entire life.
I am grateful to have finally found the solution to my mental health issues and I hope you'll take it from me that it's definitely worth a try. If you're dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or any other mental ailment and you're fed up with not seeing any significant and lasting improvement from drugs and psychotherapy, then it's time to try brain nutrition. It's time to get to the bottom of your mental health issues once and for all, to heal your brain for good instead of just masking your symptoms.
